Do you offer gift cards?
Not at this time. We will update here if we begin to offer gift cards again.
Which payment methods do you accept?
In our shop: Our preferred method of payment is Interac e-transfer (just select "Manual Payment" at check out. We also accept major credit cards / debit cards which are safely processed via our 3rd party, Square.
For our artistry services (appointments / small bookings): Cash or Interac e-transfer are preferred, however we can also accept major credit cards / debit cards / Apple Pay / Android Pay via our Square reader on site (no added fees).
For our corporate clients: Cash, Interac e-transfer, Direct Deposit or Company Cheque are all acceptable. For corporate clients, major credit cards can also be accepted, with an added service fee (depending on invoice amount) to cover the service fees we incur.
What is your return policy?
Unused, non-perishable supplies can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customer assumes risk and cost of return shipping (we strongly suggest using tracking and insurance for return shipments).
Perishable supplies (fresh henna paste) is made-to-order, and therefore is non-refundable. Please follow all storage recommendations to keep your henna in great shape for as long as possible.
