Do you offer gift cards?

Not at this time. We will update here if we begin to offer gift cards again. 

Which payment methods do you accept?

In our shop: Our preferred method of payment is Interac e-transfer (just select "Manual Payment" at check out). We also accept major credit cards / debit cards which are safely processed via our 3rd party, Square.

For our artistry services (appointments / small bookings): Cash or Interac e-transfer are preferred, however we can also accept major credit cards / debit cards / Apple Pay / Android Pay via our Square reader on site.

For our corporate clients: Cash, Interac e-transfer, Direct Deposit or Company Cheque are all acceptable. For corporate clients, major credit cards can also be accepted, with an added service fee to cover our processing costs.  

What is your return policy?

Unused, non-perishable supplies can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Customer assumes risk and cost of return shipping (we strongly suggest using tracking and insurance for return shipments). Value of the product will be refunded once received and condition is assessed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an order arrives in a damaged state, please take photos and contact us so that we can open an investigation.

Perishable supplies are made-to-order, and therefore are non-refundable. Please follow all storage recommendations to keep your henna in great shape for as long as possible.
